Why this one is different
Inspired by Karl's original displacement puck concept, the PEMods Puck takes the idea further with a fully modular, magnetic system.
Magnetic, no O-rings
Embedded neodymium magnets hold the stack together. A central air channel keeps air flowing, nothing seals.
Foolproof stacking
The magnet layout only lets the pucks stack the right way. No special top piece needed.
Easy to remove
Two magnets on top of the cylinder hold the stack. Take them off and the stack drops right out. No rod, no hook.
Easy to clean
Nothing traps fluid or wears out. Pull the stack apart, rinse, done.
Labeled
Black PLA with the size printed in white, so you always know what you've got.
How many pucks do I need?
Measure the empty space above your glans at working length. That's the dead volume you want to fill.
Stack pucks to take up most of it, but leave around 1 cm (0.4") at the top so you're not pressing against the stack.
Combine 25 mm and 10 mm pucks to fine-tune the height, and include at least one 10 mm puck so you can adjust in small steps.

Valve opening: 10.0 mm on all sizes. Every manufacturer uses different tolerances, so these are reference measurements and fit is not guaranteed. Flange design and inner shape can differ between cylinders of the same nominal size. Pucks may vary by ±0.5 mm.
