Refund policy
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused and unaltered. You will also need proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at pemods@proton.me. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders and made-to-specification items cannot be returned.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As outlined above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused and unaltered — and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and reviewed your return, and informed whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at pemods@proton.me.
