Shipping Policy
1. Production & Processing Time
All PeMods products are handcrafted and assembled to order. Please allow 5–10 business days before your order is dispatched. Depending on current workload, some orders may ship earlier. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
You will not receive status updates during production — this is normal. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.
In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to material availability or production volume. Every confirmed order will be fulfilled.
2. Shipping
PeMods ships to selected European countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier and destination.
3. Customs & Import Duties
PeMods is based in Switzerland, which is outside the European Union. Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import duties or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If import charges are refused and the shipment is returned or destroyed by the carrier, no refund can be issued. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable charges before placing your order.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still in production.
